2. About The Mindset Reset
The Mindset Reset is a 30-day personal development experience designed to encourage participants to explore their thoughts, beliefs, habits, mindset and relationship with money.
The programme begins on Monday 2 November 2026 and runs throughout November.
It includes:
- 20 short videos delivered Monday to Friday over four weeks.
- Daily mindset exercises, affirmations, reflections and practical challenges.
- Activities exploring self-worth, confidence, habits, beliefs and personal growth.
- Exercises relating to money mindset, gratitude, abundance and manifestation.
- Access to a private WhatsApp group for programme delivery.
The programme follows four weekly themes:
Week 1 — Release
Week 2 — Restore
Week 3 — Rewire
Week 4 — Receive
The programme is intended to support personal reflection and the development of positive habits.
It is not a formal qualification, accredited course or professional training programme.
3. Programme Price and Payment
The Mindset Reset costs £19.99, payable as a single payment at checkout.
There are no subscriptions, recurring membership fees or automatic renewals associated with this purchase.
The price displayed at checkout is the total programme price, including any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed through Shopify and its available payment providers.
Your place is confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
The Mindset Reset is a digital experience. No physical product will be posted to you.
4. Programme Access and Onboarding
The programme officially begins on Monday 2 November 2026.
Participants will receive instructions for joining the private WhatsApp group during the weekend of 31 October – 1 November 2026.
Purchasing the programme does not mean that WhatsApp access will be provided immediately.
Your order confirmation secures your place, and joining instructions will follow during the scheduled onboarding weekend.
Please ensure that the email address supplied at checkout is correct and that you check your inbox, including spam or junk folders, for communications from us.
If you have not received your joining instructions by the beginning of the programme, please contact:
tamara@notdrtamara.com
You will need a compatible device, internet access and an active WhatsApp account to participate.
Any internet or mobile data charges are your responsibility.
5. How the Programme Is Delivered
Programme videos and daily activities will normally be shared through the private WhatsApp group on weekday mornings.
Participants are not required to watch the videos live or complete exercises at a particular time of day.
You may complete activities at a time that is convenient for you.
Although the programme takes place throughout November, new videos are normally delivered Monday to Friday rather than every calendar day.
Some activities may be suggested for evenings or weekends, as explained in the relevant daily instructions.
We may make reasonable adjustments to the order, presentation or timing of individual activities where necessary, provided the essential programme content remains substantially as described.
The programme does not include unlimited individual coaching, personalised financial advice or one-to-one support.
6. WhatsApp Group Participation and Privacy
Mindset Reset is delivered through a private WhatsApp group.
Important: Other group members may be able to see your WhatsApp telephone number, display name and certain profile information.
By choosing to join the group, you acknowledge that this information may be visible to other participants.
The group will normally operate with administrator-only messaging.
This allows programme content to be delivered without large volumes of unrelated messages.
We may occasionally change the messaging permissions to allow participants to interact or share their experiences.
All participants are expected to respect the privacy and boundaries of others.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination or threatening behaviour.
- Unsolicited private messaging of other participants.
- Sharing, publishing or distributing another participant’s contact details without permission.
- Collecting other members’ telephone numbers for marketing or other unrelated purposes.
- Advertising unrelated products, businesses or services without permission.
- Sharing other members’ private experiences or communications outside the group without their permission.
- Deliberately disrupting the programme or preventing others from participating.
We reserve the right to warn, restrict or remove participants whose behaviour seriously or repeatedly breaches these rules.
Any removal and its effect on payment or access will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We cannot guarantee that other participants will comply with every group rule or prevent information visible within WhatsApp from being copied.
For more information about how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
7. Personal Responsibility and Participation
Mindset Reset is an experience that encourages active participation.
We ask participants to approach the programme with an open mind and a willingness to engage with the exercises and challenges.
However, you are responsible for deciding which activities are appropriate for your own circumstances.
Participation is voluntary, and you may choose not to complete an activity that makes you uncomfortable.
There is no requirement to share personal experiences, financial circumstances or sensitive information with other group members.
We encourage participants to treat the programme seriously, but we do not require perfect attendance or completion of every task.
Individual results will vary.
8. Health, Wellbeing and Professional Advice
Mindset Reset is provided for general education, personal development, reflection and wellbeing purposes.
It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.
Tamara Armstrong does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, regulated financial advice or psychotherapy through this programme.
Any breathing exercises, gentle movements, meditation or other wellbeing activities are optional.
Participants should exercise their own judgement and seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where necessary, particularly if they have health concerns or are unsure whether an activity is suitable.
You should not stop prescribed treatment or disregard professional advice because of information shared during the programme.
If an activity causes discomfort or distress, stop participating in that activity and seek appropriate support if needed.
9. Manifestation, Money Mindset and Results
Mindset Reset includes discussions and exercises relating to manifestation, abundance, gratitude, money beliefs and personal development.
These activities reflect personal development practices and experiences.
We do not guarantee that participation will result in increased income, financial success, improved relationships, particular health outcomes or any other specific result.
The programme is not an investment service, financial planning service or regulated financial advice.
Any examples, personal stories or experiences shared during the programme are illustrative and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar outcomes.
Your circumstances, choices and experiences may differ from those of other participants.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
We want customers to understand their rights before purchasing.
Under applicable UK consumer law, customers purchasing services or digital content online will generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period, subject to relevant conditions and exceptions.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact:
tamara@notdrtamara.com
Include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, we will honour that right.
Cancellation before the programme begins
If you cancel within your applicable statutory cancellation period and programme delivery has not begun, you will ordinarily be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation after programme delivery begins
Where the programme includes services or digital content that begin during a statutory cancellation period, your rights and any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with UK consumer law.
Depending on the nature of the content or services supplied, and any legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, different cancellation rules may apply.
Simply purchasing the programme or accepting these Terms of Service does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Problems with the programme
If the programme is not supplied as described, is not provided with the legally required standard of care, or fails to meet other applicable consumer rights, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds due under applicable law will be processed within the legally required period, normally using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
11. Programme Changes, Delays or Cancellation
We intend to deliver the programme as advertised.
However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require reasonable changes or delays.
Where possible, we will inform affected participants promptly.
If we are unable to deliver the programme, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
If a material change significantly affects what a participant has purchased, we will explain the available options, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights.
Minor changes that do not materially reduce the value or essential nature of the programme may be made where reasonably necessary.
12. Intellectual Property and Programme Materials
Unless otherwise stated, the original Mindset Reset videos, written exercises, guides, worksheets, recordings and other original programme materials belong to Tamara Armstrong or are used with appropriate permission.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the supplied materials for your own personal development.
You must not, without permission:
- Resell programme materials.
- Share paid programme access with people who have not purchased it.
- Redistribute videos, recordings or worksheets publicly.
- Upload paid content to other groups, websites or platforms.
- Reproduce or commercially exploit programme materials.
This does not prevent any use permitted by applicable copyright law.
Third-party materials recommended during the programme remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms.
13. Group Access and Sharing
Your purchase is intended for one participant.
You must not distribute private joining links or provide access to the programme to people who have not purchased a place.
We may use reasonable access controls, including manual approval of WhatsApp group membership, to help ensure that participants have purchased the programme.
Access arrangements and the availability of programme content after November will be communicated to participants.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing the November experience does not provide a lifetime right to access the WhatsApp group or any third-party platform.
14. Third-Party Platforms
Our website uses Shopify for e-commerce functionality and payments.
The programme uses WhatsApp for communication and content delivery.
These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for outages or interruptions caused solely by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
However, this does not remove our responsibility to provide the programme and any remedies required under applicable consumer law.
Where a platform problem materially interferes with delivery, we will take reasonable steps to address the issue and communicate with affected participants.
15. Limitation of Liability
We will take reasonable care in providing the programme.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liabilities and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for outcomes that were not promised as part of the programme or losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee particular personal, professional, emotional or financial results.
Nothing in this section restricts any remedies you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
16. Personal Information
We collect, use and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Please review the Privacy Policy before purchasing, particularly the section explaining WhatsApp group membership and the visibility of telephone numbers.
You may contact us at tamara@notdrtamara.com with privacy-related questions or requests.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business operations, legal requirements or future programme offerings.
Updated terms will be published on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove existing contractual or statutory rights.
Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated where appropriate.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
If you have a complaint or dispute about your purchase or participation, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter fairly.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising your statutory rights or accessing courts or other remedies available under applicable law.
